As the mother of the bride, I highly recommend Debbie – she is fabulous! She made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable. All her recommendations were great! Everyone had a fantastic time at the wedding and didn’t want to leave. She knows all the details to make a wedding successful. I would have been a wreck without her. Debbie was so easy to work with and kept us on track. The day of wedding was smooth, nothing was missed and we enjoyed the day knowing Debbie was there to handle any situation that would come up. I cannot thank her enough. She is the absolutely great! Hiring Your Perfect Event was the best decision I made about the wedding.

Amazing Planner!

I contacted Debbie to coordinate my daughter wedding rehearsal & wedding day. I was relieved that she had planned events at our venue because it required us to do most everything. We found all vendors & Debbie worked with us & them to create a flawless day. She knew every detail required & made sure nothing was forgotten. I highly recommend Your Perfect Event! From the moment you meet Debbie, you can tell that she is a seasoned pro. From the first meeting, she had great ideas and resources and was able to offer answers to any questions that I had. Debbie was extremely flexible, she helped us stay within our budget, which was VERY important to us. She is knowledgeable of ‘the business’ and has great relationships with vendors and was able to recommend some wonderful people (all of whom we were equally happy with). The day of the wedding, Debbie also brought her team with her; we had six people working diligently to ensure that we had the wedding of our dreams, and their efforts went above and beyond all of our expectations. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves because Debbie and her team had everything under control. Without Your Perfect Event, LLC, I am positive that our wedding would not have turned out the way we wanted it to, and I am so thankful we chose to work with Debbie because our wedding was a night we will NEVER forget! Debbie is not only good at her job- she’s also a GOOD PERSON. One vendor (not one of Debbie’s vendors) was being uncooperative and Debbie was able to advocate on my behalf to make sure that I was not being taken advantage of. Also, my mother was experiencing some medical issues over the course of the wedding planning process and Debbie always made sure to ask how she was doing and empathize with the stress that my family and I were experiencing. I would recommend Debbie to anyone planning an event and looking for some assistance. Great Ideas!

Debbie was a pleasure to work with! She was friendly, professional, punctual, super organized and a lot of fun. Most importantly, she gave me several great ideas for the wedding. Set up was complete and perfect before our guests arrived and I didn’t have to worry about tearing anything down at the end of the evening. Handled All the Details!

Mike and Debbie were wonderful to work with. My husband and I have really busy schedules and were hardly in the same state at the same in the six months leading up to the wedding. Debbie was very flexible in finding times to meet and always returned calls texts and emails very quickly. Mike even made us a surprise wedding video that was very well put together and was a great memento of our day.

Fantastic Planner and Great Video!

YPE was a true pleasure to work with! I began planning my wedding with my mom and it became so difficult. When we met Debbie I was very impressed with all she offered. She was always available. I was impressed with the diverse level of packages. I had a vision and some of the ground work laid out . YPE offered a perfect package for me. Debbie took my loose ends and finessed them. She created an organized time line for me to follow, provided vendors, discounts and suggestions to stay within my budget. Her suggestions and subtleties took my wedding to the next level. It was perfect! The day of my wedding and reception I could not have asked for a better team. I highly suggest the videography package. Mike did an excellent job and captured tiny precious moments that would have gone forgotten. Thank you again YPE for make my wedding dreams come true!

Great Planner and Coordinator!

My fiancé and I hired Your Perfect Event to do day-of-wedding coordination. We worked with Debbie and her team for six months before our wedding. We had a total of three planning meetings, and one final meeting the week of the wedding to go over all the final details. Debbie even came to my house the week before the wedding to help me organize all the items that were going on the guest tables, head table, gift table, and photo table, as we had many family vintage pieces and pictures that had to be specially wrapped and packaged.

At our wedding, there was a team of four people setting up and making sure that everything was on schedule. When I arrived at the reception, I was simply amazed at how beautiful everything looked…just like I had imagined. Debbie and her team went above and beyond what we paid for, working many more than the contracted eight hours on the day of our wedding. She was always available via phone and text, no matter if it was a week day or a weekend.

I was a very relaxed and stress free bride on my wedding day! After dinner someone stepped on my dress and ripped my train. Debbie was right there with her “emergency wedding day kit” to fix my dress.

I am so glad I had Debbie and the Your Perfect Event team for day-of coordination. They are simply fantastic; and because of them, my husband and I, and our families, had a “perfect” day we will never forget!!

You won’t be disappointed!

Debbie and Lynn went above and beyond to make sure that the most important day of my life was flawless. We hired them for “day of coordinating,” but the services they provided went beyond the actual wedding day. We had 3 meetings with them prior to the wedding day (in addition to many calls/texts/emails), and at each meeting Debbie had a list of to-dos for me and my mom, which helped to keep us on track and complete the wedding prep far in advance. I thought I was organized… but they are the queens of organization! This helped me to enjoy the week before the wedding, as well as the actual wedding day. Your Perfect Event also enlarged and framed our seating chart, for a minimal charge. It turned out great, and my husband and I are going to hang it on a wall in our new house as a keepsake. I would recommend YPE to any bride who wants to enjoy her wedding day, with confidence that every detail will be taken care of. As my mom says, this is the best money we spent on the wedding!

Simply the Best!

Contracting with Your Perfect Event to oversee the details on the day of our daughter’s wedding was the best gift we could have given ourselves!!!! From our very first meeting with Debbie and Lynn we knew that we had the good fortune of connecting with a team we could trust. In addition to meeting with us several times they also showed up at our food tasting. That gave them the opportunity to meet with the venue coordinator as well as survey the site. They never missed an item and by the time of the wedding there was not one thing that we needed to be concerned about.
Their excellent organizational and communication skills, paired with their attention to detail, were amazing. Add to that their “team” of professionals, who assisted at the wedding, afforded my daughter and me the opportunity to enjoy every single minute of a truly magical evening! Some of the over 2 pages of details that they were responsible for included the placement of all of the special signage such as Signature Drinks as well as place cards and menus, setting up of the Memorial Table, taking charge of the tight schedule so that everything was accomplished accordingly (which gave us more time for dancing!), taking down the special table accessories at the end of the evening, delivering gifts and lots of other special items to our hotel room at the end of the evening, etc., etc. In addition to the list they went above and beyond and took action on several major things that had not been taken care of by the venue.
Not only did they work out the bugs before and during the reception but they were still smiling and entertaining at the end of the evening and it was a LONG day.
Throughout the wedding process with YPE we never felt pressured to add services, change our vision, or feel compromised in any way. They are simply the best!!!

Simply Fabulous!

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie and the wonderful staff from YPE for nine months leading up to my wedding. Because of all the hard work and planning with the YPE staff, my wedding day was a dream come true. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without their help and guidance. My husband and I, as well as our families, were truly able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that every last detail had been “perfectly” planned and handled by the staff at Your Perfect Event. Debbie was friendly, professional, and always organized. I have already recommended Your Perfect Event to my best friend who is using YPE for her wedding this fall!! I cannot say enough good things about Your Perfect Event. Simply the BEST!!

VERY Happy Bride 🙂

Planning a wedding can be very demanding. Even with help from others (family, bridal party, internet resources) it’s still incredibly time consuming and stressful. A few months before my wedding my fiancé and I moved to the other side of the state and planning the wedding became increasingly more difficult. With the tremendous help from Debbie and Lynn from Your Perfect Event I was able to actively participate in the wedding plans while adjusting to a new home, new surroundings, and a new job. I got the “Day of” Coordinator package, but Debbie and Lynn went above and beyond “Day of”. They were helpful in so many ways. They provided valuable input regarding wedding etiquette. They helped me prioritize my to-do list and stay on schedule. They were a great sounding board – they listened to my vision for my wedding and helped make it happen. They even helped me with my center pieces and the ballroom decor. Their knowledge and expertise made it so that I wouldn’t miss any details along the way. After doing lots of research, I complied numerous to-do lists I found online into a 30 page list. I thought I had everything covered until I met with Debbie and Lynn. Within five minutes of meeting them they had provided me with plenty of tips and things to add to my list. Although the various online resources were helpful, they weren’t tailored to MY wedding and as a result, many important details were initially overlooked. Every bride and every wedding is unique and because Debbie and Lynn know the ins and outs of weddings they were able to help me with my specific needs and wishes. Most importantly, with the help of Your Perfect Event, I was able to really enjoy my wedding. After all of the planning and seeing just how much is involved in a wedding, I was afraid that on my special day I’d be running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off! I’ve heard from lots of brides that their wedding was somewhat of a let down because it went by too fast and because there was so much going on. I can thankfully say that because of Debbie and Lynn I was able to enjoy my wedding not only as much as my guests, but more! The day that I had been planning for a year and a half was way better than I had expected – it was stress free, full of fun and absolutely gorgeous! Debbie and Lynn really brought everything together and at the beginning of our reception when I took a moment to take it all in, I was brought to tears by how beautiful everything was – I couldn’t have done it without them! Needless to say, I was a VERY happy bride!

My name is Reverend Fred Jolicoeur and I’m an ordained Minister. This past weekend I had the opportunity to perform a wedding ceremony where Debbie and Mike Fecek, Lynn Sirola, and Crew were Day-Of Coordinators. The wedding was extraordinary in scope and function. The couple were a bit challenging as well. There was plenty of opportunities for something to go amiss…and a couple things did. Each issue was handled with professional finesse. From a guests point of view, the entire event was executed flawlessly. I have performed literally thousands of wedding ceremonies. Based upon my personal observations, I have no compunction at all about recommending Your Perfect Event, if you are considering the services of a Planner. The Best Decision Ever!

There are not enough kind words out there to describe how I feel about Debbie and Lynn from Your Perfect Event, LLC. I was not planning on having a wedding coordinator but decided to contact one after becoming overwhelmed with my work schedule and planning. I chose the “Day of Coordination” package and received so much more! I contacted Your Perfect Event, LLC a couple of months before the wedding. Debbie and Lynn met with me right away and were perfect right from the start! They were so organized, enthusiastic, caring, and interested in “my vision”. They were always available and very responsive. They helped me stay on track and thought of everything down to the smallest detail. They stayed in close contact with all of my vendors and accompanied me to some of the meetings with my vendors. They asked questions I would have never thought of. On the actual wedding day I had ZERO stress! I felt confident knowing that Debbie, Lynn, and their staff had everything handled. Everything went so smoothly and I was able to RELAX and ENJOY my day! I think it is also important to note that Debbie and Lynn were so personable and they treated me like family. I would recommend Your Perfect Event, LLC to EVERY bride no matter what their budget and/or needs are. If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator or can’t afford one, rethink that decision. If you are looking for someone affordable, very professional (yet personable), and efficient, that will make your day stress free, then contact Your Perfect Event, LLC! I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day truly a day to remember!!!
