Sapphire Deluxe Coordination Package
Package includes:
- Up to five in-person meetings to go over all wedding details
- One in-person meeting the week of the wedding to finalize all arrangements
- Unlimited phone meetings
- Unlimited contact via email, phone, or text
- Unlimited preferred wedding vendor referrals and selection assistance
- Creation of a YPE Wedding Day Set-up/Activities List as directed by wedding couple
- Creation of a Vendor Contact List
- Creation of a Wedding Day Itinerary for bride, groom, wedding party, and any family members or friends designated by the wedding couple
- Confirmation of arrival/set-up/tear-down times and contract details with all wedding vendors
- Twelve (12) hours of on-site wedding day coordination to include:
- Oversee vendor set-up and make sure they are on schedule
- Act as point of contact for any questions
- Set up those items not being handled by a vendor, including, but not limited to, place cards, menu cards, seating chart, table numbers, guest book, favors, gift card holder, toasting glasses, cake and knife server, candles, photos, and any other items designated by wedding couple
- Greet guests upon arrival at reception
- Assist guests in finding their tables for dinner
- Line up bridal party for introductions into the reception and coordinate the traditional dances, making sure evening keeps on track
- Tear-down at the end of the evening
- Communicate with family member or friend responsible for transporting wedding cards and gifts, as well as all of the set-up items provided by the bride and groom, at the end of the reception
- We will assist in packing up the vehicle(s) of the responsible party
